If you miss your scheduled trip with us for any reason,
You will be placed on stand-by for our next available shuttle.
In case of insufficient capacity, passengers will be placed on succeeding schedule.
Tickets sold are not refundable after purchase.
Refunds or exchanges are in form of credit voucher only.
NO CASH REFUNDS.
Please notify our office of any changes to a pre-booked reservation.
If you are a no show, your fare becomes non-refundable.

A $5 fee will apply if more than 1 change is made to an existing reservation.
Please check your baggage before leaving the shuttle.
1st Class Shuttle is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced personal property or baggage.
Luggage limit is 1 suitcase and 2 carry-on bags per passenger.
A $10 per bag fee will apply for each extra luggage (like golf club bags).
1st Class Shuttle will not be responsible for delays caused by bad road conditions, storms, accidents, breakdowns and other conditions beyond our control and not responsible for missed connections.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
